Terms of Service

These terms apply when you access or use WP Plugin Rank (the “Service”), operated by EXTHUS LTD (Company no. 17253986) , trading as WP Plugin Rank of 167-169 Great Portland Street, 5th Floor, London W1W 5PF, United Kingdom . By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

The Service

WP Plugin Rank helps you track keyword positions for plugins listed in the public WordPress.org plugin directory. Results depend on publicly available directory data and our scheduled checks. The Service is independent of, and not affiliated with, the WordPress Foundation or WordPress.org.

Accounts

• You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract under the laws of England and Wales.
• We may suspend or close accounts that abuse the Service, breach these terms, or put other users at risk.

Plans, trials and limits

Free and paid plan limits (plugins, keywords, check frequency and related features) are described on the pricing page and may change with reasonable notice. Paid features activate when payment is confirmed through PayPal.

Billing and subscriptions

• Paid plans are billed in USD through PayPal on a monthly or yearly cycle, as you choose at checkout.
• Introductory list prices may change; the rate on the PayPal plan you subscribe to stays in place for that subscription while it remains active.
• By starting a subscription you authorise recurring charges until you cancel.
• You can cancel from Settings or via PayPal. Access to paid features continues until the end of the period already paid for, unless otherwise stated.
• We give a full refund if you are not happy for any reason within 14 days of your subscription starting. Email support@wppluginrank.com to request one. Further detail is in our Refunds & cancellation policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to disrupt, overload or reverse-engineer the Service beyond what the law allows.
• Use automated means to create accounts or scrape our app beyond normal browser use.
• Misrepresent affiliation with WordPress.org or use the Service for unlawful monitoring of third parties.
• Share login credentials in a way that circumvents plan limits.

Intellectual property

We own the Service software, branding and documentation. You retain rights in the plugin identifiers and keywords you submit. WordPress.org plugin data remains subject to WordPress.org’s own terms and policies.

Disclaimer

Rankings can change between checks, and directory results may vary. The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, or that rankings will match every visitor’s view of WordPress.org search at every moment.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be limited under English law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud). Subject to that, our total liability arising out of or in connection with the Service in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us for the Service in that period (or £50 if you are on a free plan). We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or loss of data to the extent permitted by law.

Changes

We may update these terms or the Service. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above and, where appropriate, notifying account holders by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply if you are a consumer in another jurisdiction.
